I. Minutes – The minutes of the May 2, 2002 Business Meeting were presented and approved as written.

III. New Business
A. Financial Report - Lynn Shull reported the ending balance for the administrative fund ending March 31, 2003 was $14,252.82 which included dues of $3,100 and expenses of Trophy $40.00, Nova credit card $39.06, and Dixie Promotional mugs $993.55.

IV. Each committee chair introduced their volunteers and thanked them for their service.

V. Nominating Committee
Lynn Shull conducted elections for the open offices on the Steering Committee resulting in the following:

President- Elect: Rudy Gomez
Secretary: Marilyn Hargrave
Networking Chair: Linda Bantle
Nominating Chair: Sherry Abernathy
